About our English Program in Northumberland.
The classes are taught in ancient Alnwick, an ancient market town that is over 1,000 years old. Alnwick castle has been used for lots of movies such as Transformers and Harry Potter.
The town centre has a thriving cultural scene and some great shopping and restaurants!
Thanks to it's location, Alnwick offers the opportunity for day trips to Edinburgh, Newcastle and the beach as well which is located only 10 minutes drive away..

Beamish museum is the largest and most famous museum in northern England. Students can experience what life was like over 100 years ago in the UK, take the tram, visit the sweet shop and even visit the dentist!
EDINBURGH CITY & TOUR
Only 90 mins drive from Alnwick, Edinburgh is Scotland's historic capital city and home to Edinburgh castle & dungeon, the National museum of Scotland and the Scottish parliament. We take you on a tour of the city by a local guide, see bagpipers, and even tuck into a local delicacy haggis ... if you dare!
BAMBURGH CASTLE & HOLY ISLAND
We take you on trip to two of the most famous castles and islands in the UK, Bamburgh castle & Holy Island. Located in an area of great nation al beauty, the Northumberland coast, you are sure to have a unforgettable day exploring castles and beaches, eating ice-cream, and interacting with local wildlife.
NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE CITY TOUR
We take you on a day trip to Newcastle Upon Tyne, only 30 mins from Alnwick. There you will tour the cities famous landmarks including the Tyne bridge and New Castle as well as getting a VIP tour around the famous Newcastle United football club who are in the English premier league.

As part of our fully inclusive packages we include 3 meals a day for students.
Meals change depending on the time of year and seasonability of some local produce but are always healthy and balanced using the best local ingredients.
